TS21 series oil drill collar special machine tool
Machine tool usage:
♦Specially process deep hole workpieces.
♦BTA method is mainly used to process small diameter deep hole parts.
♦It is especially suitable for processing petroleum drill collars.
The biggest feature of the machine tool structure is:
♦The front side of the workpiece, which is close to the end of the oil applicator, is clamped by double chucks, and the back side is clamped by a ring center frame.
♦The clamping of the workpiece and the clamping of the oil applicator are easy to adopt hydraulic control, safe and reliable, and easy to operate.
♦The machine tool is equipped with a drill rod box to adapt to different processing requirements.
