Machine tool usage:
♦This machine is a special machine for boring slender tubes.
Processing technology:
♦The work piece is fixed, the tool holder rotates and the feed movement is made.
♦When boring, the cutting fluid is supplied by the oil applicator and the chip is discharged forward.
♦The tool feed adopts AC servo system to realize stepless speed regulation.
♦The headstock spindle adopts multi-stage gears for speed change, and the speed range is wide.
♦The oil applicator is fastened and the workpiece is clamped by mechanical locking device.
