This machine tool is an efficient, high-precision, highly automated specialized machine tool, which can be used for both gun drilling and BTA drilling.

It can not only drill deep holes of equal diameters, but also carry out boring processing, in order to further improve the machining accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece.

This machine tool is controlled by CNC system, which can control six servo axes at the same time, and it can drill row holes as well as coordinate holes, and it can drill holes through at one time as well as rotate 180 degrees to adjust the head for drilling, which has the performance of single-acting as well as the performance of auto-cycle, so that it can satisfy the requirements of small-lot production as well as the requirements of mass production processing.

The machine tool consists of bed, T-slot table, CNC rotary table and W-axis servo feeding system, column, gun drill rod box and BTA drill rod box, slide table, gun drill feeding system and BTA feeding system, gun drill guide frame and BTA oil feeder, gun drill rod holder and BTA drill rod holder, cooling system, hydraulic system, electric control system, automatic chip removal device, overall protection and other major components.
