Machine tool usage:

♦This machine is a special machine for boring slender tubes.

Processing technology:

♦Adopt the processing method of workpiece rotation (through the spindle hole of the headbox) and the feed motion of the fixed support of the tool and tool bar.

♦When boring, the cutting fluid is supplied by the oil applicator, and the processing technology of forward chip removal.

♦The tool feed adopts AC servo system to realize stepless speed regulation.

♦The headstock spindle adopts multi-stage gears for speed change, with a wide speed range.
