This machine is a special CNC deep hole broaching machine designed and manufactured for the inner hole boring of centrifugal casting superalloy pipe.
The machine tool is equipped with a through spindle, the workpiece passes through the spindle hole, and the chuck at both ends of the spindle holds the workpiece and drives the workpiece to rotate.
When boring, the broaching process is adopted. The workpiece rotates and the cutter feeds but does not rotate.
The oil feeder is used to supply cutting fluid to the workpiece and discharge cutting fluid and chips to the head end of the bed.
The machine tool is designed and manufactured in two forms of left-hand operation and right-hand operation. The left-hand and right-hand machine tools are installed relative to each other during installation. The operation position is between the two machine tools. The operator can operate the two machine tools, and the two machine tools share an automatic chip removal machine.
